Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, after she quit gymnastics. She was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 after quitting the gymnastics team she had played in as a child. One year later at 17 when she was 17, she earned her pro card. She became the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel spent six years away from the stage, after obtaining the Pro Card required to complete her university studies. Then, in 2015, she returned on the stage and took part in high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for many more seasons, setting new objectives each year. She took home four other fitness awards by the end of 2009. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. She became the young IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) ever. Ariel spent 6 years trying to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. The first time she was IFBB Fitness' Pro was held at the Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished in third place. The summer of 2016 she took the top prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months Ariel stepped on to the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position for the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. Ariel was competing against the top athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her physique year after year. Ariel's favorite body part to train is her back. A typical back workout comprises of bent rows with one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. She usually warms up first then moves on to the workout sets. Ariel prefers to make the most out of her time. She combines all of her back exercises into three or supersets of 10-12 reps is what she is known for.
